We are locally owned and operated, which means we are staying up-to-date on the area’s latest legal requirements and safety recommendations. The health and safety of our staff and your offices and homes is of the utmost importance to us.
Currently, we are working with certain businesses that are exempt from the “Stay at Home” and “Shelter-in-Place” orders deemed critical to the nation’s infrastructure by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). However, businesses that are currently closed due to the aforementioned orders are encouraged to deep clean and disinfect during a facility closure. We have properly trained our staff with a Coronavirus Cleaning Course as recommended by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website. This course details the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and best practices to protect and disinfect you and your offices from the virus.
Our goal is to work with our clients and staff during this evolving situation. Our staffs are hourly workers and we want to be able to support them as best we can at this time. We have individual communications going out prior to each cleaning to confirm any self-quarantine or sickness that we need to be aware of.

Processes for Keeping You Safe
- Complete Package Cleaning Services uses products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-COV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 to clean and disinfect surfaces.
- We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all touch points including frequently touched surface areas like door knobs, light switches, tabletops, and counters.
- Each member of our team is trained on the proper cleaning process for applying each cleaning product to remove soils first and then leave disinfectants to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.
- Fresh and newly laundered cleaning supplies are always used so germs are not spread from one site to another.
- Most importantly, we have a strict policy in place to protect our staff and clients by requiring any staff member that is sick or experiencing cold/flu symptoms to stay home. If you or someone in the workplace is experiencing symptoms, please notify us so we can reschedule your services accordingly.

The DDP program focuses on disinfecting the common areas and other high-touch areas most likely to transmit germs. This daily disinfection can help keep your office healthy and clean.
